Seriously, how cool is this sink and cabinet? It's HUGE and it's awesome. I don't know how this amazing old stuff finds me..lol...but it does. I am sure hoping the sink will work in my kitchen.
The sink comes off the cabinet, and originally I only wanted the sink, but the cabinet is super cool so maybe it will live in the utility room with a new top. It's all metal and look at those art deco handles!
a little paint and this baby would look like new. Check that cute little sponge basket!?!
That will definitely be re-purposed in the bathroom!
I did a quick search on Youngstown Kitchens and Retro Renovation has lot's of great info
on the brand, Vintage Ads & photos of this exact cabinet/sink combo..brand new!
Ken says the original owners of the farmhouse stopped by and took a peek at the work going on...they are super friendly and sent me a couple of old pictures of the house they were able to find, probably from the 1960's? I'm hoping even older photos will be found someday.
Painting continues...we've reached the Kitchen!
